Goal 5: Provide educators with ongoing professional development so that they can use technology to improve teaching and learning.
Objective A: Use LoTi surveys to determine staff levels of technology integration, and provide comprehensive, ongoing, appropriate technology training to staff members
Change: Survey staff to determine current levels of technology integration.
Objective B: Provide sufficient training to staff so that they see technology as one of many tools to enhance student learning.
Change: Provide sufficient staff training to enable the use of technology as a tool to enhance student learning.
